Prior to establishing UNI-MED, Mr. Brown was CEO of Chess Financial Corporation, a commercial loan brokerage organization with offices in Miami and Dallas, TX.

Regional Marketing Director
Dr. Calvert H. Smith is a University of Cincinnati Professor Emeritus and the former president of the Cincinnati, Ohio Branch of the NAACP. He has served as president, visiting scholar, and professor at a number of colleges and universities throughout the nation.
Walter J. Pagan
National Marketing Director
Walter J. Pagan is the former president of WJ Pagan Enterprises. Mr. Pagan is bi-lingual (English/Spanish), and was the first Hispanic member of the Board of Trustees at Wagner College in New York, where he served for 16 years.
Jack Gutierrez

Jack Gutirrez, CPA, was the founding partner in the certified public accounting firm Gutierrez & Caruccio, a regional accounting firm headquartered in New Jersey.
David J. Brown
Vice President of Operations
David J. Brown has extensive experience in real estate development, and was the founder and Executive Director of a prominent New York City-based 501(c )(3) corporation.
Douglas R. Brown
Regional Director
Douglas R. Brown is a former account manager for a major financial brokerage firm, and has experience in international business affairs. Mr. Brown previously served as a corporate manager for the Xerox Corporation.
